Leading with Purpose.
Behind every ministry is a team of dedicated leaders who are passionate about loving God, serving people, and building His Kingdom. At Intentional Ministries, our leaders are more than teachers and mentors—they are servants who walk alongside others with faith, wisdom, and compassion. Their desire is to help every person grow in their relationship with Christ, discover their purpose, and confidently live out the calling God has placed on their lives.
OUR PASTORS

Meet the richardsons
Pastors Rich and Pamela Richardson have been married for over 10 years and are the founders and senior leaders of Intentional Ministries, which they launched in December 2016. Together, they share a passion for helping people grow in their relationship with God, experience true freedom, and live intentionally according to His purpose.
Together, the Richardsons are committed to creating a place where people feel welcomed, loved, and challenged to grow in their faith. Their desire is to build a community of believers who know God deeply, love people well, and make an intentional impact for His Kingdom. They are grateful to serve alongside their beautiful blended family and count it an honor to walk with others on their journey of faith.
PASTOR WILLIE S. RICHARDSON
Pastor Willie S. Richardson is passionate about his love for God, and developing disciples not members. He is committed to teaching them “How to love God, His Word and His people on purpose”. Pastor Rich (his preferred name) never meets a stranger because of his open-hearted personality. He walks in the office of the prophetic, speaking from the voice of God to encourage and enrich lives.
Pastor Rich was reared at Evangelistic Crusaders Church of God in Christ in Chicago, IL where Pastor George Liggins served as the leader. He attended Liberty Christian School from the 2nd-8th grade where he received his foundation in the Word of God. While attending Crusaders, he served with Mamie Till Mobley, the mother of Emmit Till who was murdered unjustly in 1955. She introduced him to the Emmit Till Players which was a group of young students that traveled the country reciting speeches by the great Civil Rights leader, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. “Ma Mobley” groomed Pastor Rich from a very early age to “let the preacher inside of you come out” as he prepared to recite the famous “I Have a Dream” speech. He also started playing the drums and keyboard with Ma Mobley on the road. He started his choir directing career at Evangelistic Crusader as well.
In 1986 his father, Willie Richardson Sr., was called to found and Pastor his own church, Bread of Life Church of God in Christ. Pastor Rich served as Minister of Music and President of the Youth Department until he moved to Minneapolis, MN to explore an opportunity to play for a national recording group. This move afforded him the opportunity to work with many national recording groups including “Excelsior” and “Darnell Davis & The Remnant”. While in Minneapolis, he stumbled into One Spirit Church one night. This is where he would find his passion for God.
Under the leadership of Pastor G. Allen Foster, he began to fall in love with the Word of God and understand Worship. Here he served as Minister of Music and was licensed as a Minister and ordained as an Elder. During this time, he attended A.W. Wilson Bible Institute where he received an A.A. in Theology. He then moved on to help Pastor Anthony Calvert as directed by Pastor Foster. Upon Pastor Calvert moving to Charlotte, NC, Pastor Rich moved on to assist Pastor Leroy Jones at Temple of Praise Church of God in Christ. After Pastor Jones transitioned to Heaven, Pastor Rich and his family decided to move to the Charlotte area.
In the Charlotte area, Pastor Rich served many churches as a servant leader helping to establish and support several pastors including Pastor Larry Maxwell, Pastors Nate and Nicole Colvin, Pastor Derrick Leak, Pastors Antonio & Marcella Booker, Bishop Henry McNeil and Bishop Tommie A. Murphy.
In September of 2016, Pastor Rich accepted the call to lead God’s people. Pastors Willie & Pam Richardson started Intentional Ministries on December 2, 2016.
Pastor Rich has 3 living children Alexandria, Lenora and Stephon. And, one angel, Miyoshi.
Love God.
His Word.
His People.
